Here at the Northwest Athletic Club (NAC) we know that every member has their own goals and fitness needs. Whatever your goals, we have the space, equipment, services and the staff to help you succeed. Our staff is qualified and motivated to help you achieve your fitness goals through personal training, group training and nutritional counseling. 
The Northwest Athletic Club features an extensive fitness floor with a full range of cardio vascular machines, resistance machines, strength training equipment and free weight.  We also have a 1/10 track, a full size basketball court, two racquetball courts, four pickleball courts and five indoor tennis courts. 
Tennis is a big part of our Club!  We offer private, semi-private and group lessons.  We have an elite junior tennis academy that is offered year round. We have tennis events tournaments, and traveling teams going on through the season and off season for both adults and kids. Lastly, our members can also book court time at their leisure.  
The NAC has group exercise classes available seven days a week. Our classes range from spin to yoga, Zumba to karate.   Please see the updated class schedule and classes page for more information.  Some specialty services offered at the NAC also include sauna, massage and tanning.  Also available to our members are full service locker rooms.  Lockers can be used daily or you can have your own locker for a small annual fee.

3. Do no rest any barbells or dumbbells on the equipment.
4. No barbells or dumbbells will be placed on the floor at any time
5. All bars will be broken down after usage.
6. Do not leave any weights unattended.
7. Do not take any weight out of the free weight area.
8. No person is allowed in this area under age 14.
9. No food on the weight or cardio floor.
10. Clean off equipment after use.
